Order by email - Write us at and include the product name(s) and numbers (if you know them) along with your name, shipping address, and how you would like to pay.

Ship a gift
To send gifts to multiple locations, each order has to be placed separately.
We are unable to ship to multiple locations in a single checkout, but hope to
offer this service soon. Shipments are made by Canada Post or UPS.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy
HML Group guarantees the condition of every item. If you are not satisfied that your item is as described, return your purchase within 14 days of its original shipment date for a refund.

If you return an item more than 14 days after its shipment date, the item will be discarded and you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

How to submit returns
Returning a purchase from HML Group is easy. If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions:
Please rewrap the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of receipt, and ship it using the mailing label provided. Once we have received and processed the returned item, HML Group will notify you of your refund via e-mail. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase, four weeks after we receive your return.

*A copy for receipt must be included with your return. Items returned without the receipt will be discarded without refund. For items valued over $100, the use of delivery Confirmation or other tracking is strongly recommended. *
